Company History Initially Legacy Paving operated only as an asphalt paving marking contractor, but during the 2001 winter off-season Legacy acquired seal coating equipment. In the spring of 2001 Legacy began seal coating. Now Legacy is capable of satisfying all of its customer’s parking lot needs.
